I created this character in a few sessions with Fabrice magdanz, while he was working on his own character. It was a pleasure working with him and exchanging tips, tricks and feedback.
My goal with this witch was to create a game-ready character with a handpainted look off a 2D concept in a quite short time. I guess the most difficult part for me this time was matching the face proportions to the concept.
The most fun I had while texturing, they're almost completely handpainted (For some parts I used curvature and AO masks as foundation) and I wanted to create a bit rough and painterly look.

Modeled in blender, painted in substance 3d painter and rendered with marmoset toolbag.
