Hi, I'm Vanessa, a stylized and semi-realistic 3D artist from Germany.
Currently I'm an artist at VestGames, a small indie studio working on Highreach. Since we're a tiny team of only four people, I and my artist-colleague are responsible for everthing graphics related. From creating characters, props, foliage and environment assets to animations, vfx and level design.

In my spare time I'm Lead 3D Artist on the Path to Menzoberranzan Team, a Baldur's Gate 3 campaign community-mod that is currectly in development. Being part of this project gives me so much joy and the energy of 170 poeple brought together by their love for a game and dedicating their freetime to this massive project is something entirely special!
Besides organizational tasks as a Lead, my main responsibility for the mod is translating armour and clothing concepts by our wonderful 2D Team into game-ready 3D Assets.

Besides playing videogames and doing 3D stuff, I chronically have too many crafting project running in my free time. I have several miniatures and 3D printed figurines that are waiting to get painted
as well as some work-in-progress dioramas and sewing projects. For every one that gets finished a new one pops up... but I'm sure I'm not alone with this(?)
